Who can see my health data?
With your consent, HR, admins, the owner and your own managers see your risk level, score and main factor. Without consent, you do not appear in any team health or burnout analysis.

How it works
Each person decides whether to take part. Without consent, they do not appear in any team health analysis.
Once a week, rate your mood on a scale of 1 to 5. teim already knows overtime and holiday balance from time tracking and leave.
teim sorts the signals into 4 risk levels. When the risk is elevated, managers and HR can start a conversation and reduce the workload.
