Questions about project management
How does the budget warning work?
You set an hour budget per project. When booked hours reach the warning threshold, 80 % by default, teim notifies the responsible person.
Can clients or external people collaborate?
Yes. You invite external people to individual projects. They only see that project’s tasks.
How does teim calculate project revenue?
Revenue = billable hours × the project’s hourly rate. The report is in Analytics & reports and is visible to owners and admins.
Can project hours be transferred to bexio?
Yes, as bexio time entries. teim transfers billable entries linked to a client and an activity. It does not create invoices or projects in bexio. More about bexio
