Kanban & tasks
teim’s Kanban board software sorts tasks into 5 columns: Pending, In progress, Review, Done and Blocked. You move cards by drag and drop and start the timer right from the task. Every project offers up to 7 views, from Kanban to Gantt.
Free until 31 January 2027 · then CHF 5.00 per company + CHF 3.00 per person per month · hosted in Switzerland
teim is Swiss software for time tracking, project management, expenses and absences for SMEs with 5 to 200 employees.

How it works
Create a task straight in a column and set assignee and priority. Checklists, files and comments keep everything in one place.
Start the timer from the task and drag the card to the next column. The timer keeps running across devices.
Dashboard, Gantt and performance show where the project stands. Blocked tasks stand out at once in their own column.
